‘We Are One’ sets 100-plus films to screen free on YouTube

The 10-day digital festival “We Are One: A Global Film Festival” is to host more than 100 films from 21 well-regarded film festivals spanning 35 countries.  

The 100-plus films set to screen during the free online festival _ a lineup of 31 features and 72 short films _ hail from 35 countries and were co-curated by nearly two dozen prolific film festivals.

The schedule will also include television and VR programs and a series of conversations with figures including Jackie Chan, Guillermo del Toro, Bong Joon Ho and Francis Ford Coppola.

The festival is a collaboration between 21 different international film festivals, including Tribeca, Cannes, Berlin, Toronto, Sundance, Venice, London and New York. The event will bring features and short films to YouTube for 10 days of free programming

‘We Are One: A Global Film Festival’ will begin airing on YouTube, exclusively on We Are One's YouTube channel, from Friday, May 29 to Sunday, June 7.
